How to calibrate the electronic scale of the Mick heavy controller p>
1. Please ensure that the electronic scale and all parts are correctly installed and in a stationary state. Confirm that the weighing hopper is empty p>
2. When the touch screen is powered on, please press the setting button to enter the setting interface, then press the weighing calibration button and enter the password 1111 to enter the calibration interface p>
3. Observe whether the current reading is stable, usually 510000, with small changes in individual digits (normal changes should not exceed 3 digits). Change the group to 1 and press the get button to obtain the first data as shown in Figure 1 p>
4. Place a 2000g weight into the small hopper and place it in the middle position. When the current reading stabilizes, change the group to 2 and press the get button to obtain the second data as shown in Figure 2. When obtaining the second data, you need to press the calculation button, and at this point, the sensor proportion number is obtained at the result (usually around 0.12510)
5. Return to the main page, take out the weights one by one, and observe whether the weight display of the hopper is correct. Sometimes there may be static zero drift, as long as the difference is exactly the same as the weight of the weights p>
